Stretching for fitness

Hello UMF Tribe!

Today is Fitness Friday and we hope you woke up with lots of energy. UMF is coming to Houston on Monday, July 3, so let’s get those muscles πŸ’ͺ ready to do some heavy jamming and wining on the big day. No matter what shape you’re in, it’s good to keep those muscles moving. So whatever you do for Fitness Friday, make sure you warm up before and cool down after, alright?
